Love

Hello!  The CAS-ual Friday's Challenge this week is black and white to celebrate penguins.  I used the colors to make a valentine.  A bit nontraditional, but fun:)

Love

I'm having fun with my new Wplus9 stamps today.  I used the colors from the JUGS challenge for my first card.  I just LOVE pink, red, and hearts!!  I faux stitched around my sentiment to mimic the background paper.
For my second card I took inspiration from an older sketch that I've saved.  Don't you just love those  papers and stamp!?! I thought the ball fringe was a fun added element:)

My Heart Belongs to You

Back again, friends, with another valentine card.  This card fits for the CAS-ual Friday's Challenge to use scallops in a card.  There are even scallops around my sentiment circle:)

Love you!

Hello!  I'm playing along with the January sketch for you to try by Jen del Muro.  She shares a sketch once a month and I just love them!  I used some fun, new Echo Park Paper and my new stamp from Verve.

Love

Hello!  Today I tried a new technique.  I used the collage technique tutorial that JUGS is sharing for their challenge this week.  I used stamps from Wplus9, Unity, and Papertrey Ink.  It was fun to try something new.  I've used collage before, but never like this.  I'm happy with the results.  I'm saving this card for my hubby!

Happy Valentine's Day

Today I'm happy to be playing along with CAS-ual Friday's new challenge.  There's an extra bonus:  the winner will get a guest designer spot on their blog.  How cool is that?  I used a chipboard button that I've had for awhile.  I thought that it would be perfect for her to be reaching out and holding a heart.
